Ferrari MP3 Player FMP 160

Ferrari MP3 player FMP160 will be one of the over-priced exclusive items sitting in the million-dollar race car showroom. There’s nothing really exceptional about this model, made by Oregon Scientific, except it completes Ferrari’s collection of electronics ranging from cellphone to digital camera and laptop.

After Laptops and LCD Displays Ferrari has now introduced the FMP160 MP3 player. It is made by Oregon Scientific and does not have anything special except the Ferrari logo. The FMP160 measures 56 x 42 x 20mm and has a red colored rubberized body supposedly slash-proof. It has 1 GB of Flash memory and can play MP3, WMA, WMA DRM 9 and WAV files.

Now you too can own a Ferrari…you just can’t drive this mini version. Oregon Scientific has joined with the uber classy car maker to produce an MP3 player. The FMP160 is a snazzy lookin thing with a red rubber border and the easily identifiable Ferrari logo on the front. It measures 2 inches by 1.5 inches and resembles a small cell phone.

In the future, there will be a huge number of co-branded electronics gadgets available in the market. Collaborating with Oregon scientific, Ferrari announced its first FMP160 MP3 player. Painted with Ferrari’s official logo and easy handling with the sharp red color of rubber cover. It comes with a special case, neck strap and a pair of nice ear piece.

The Ferrari Music Power is a MP3 player that is not only packed with features as well as donning Ferrari’s distinctive red and black colors. With a built-in 1G flash memory, SRS Wow virtual surround sound, a clock and chronograph with lap counter for the Formula One racing aficionado, this MP3 player is definitely a must-have for the ultimate Ferrari fan. It also records using WAV encoding from a built-in microphone. Formats supported include VBR MP3, WMA, WMA DRM9 and WAV files.

Feature wise it comes with a gigabyte of flash memory, supports MP3, WMA, WMA DRM 9, and WAV formats, supports SRS WOW, and connects through USB 2.0. Nothing fancy. You would need to shell out about $230 (wow!) for this player. There’s an earpiece thrown in as well. If you absolutely can’t live without the prancing horse in your pocket, then this player is for you.
